These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Piloto, operated by Inna Zaporojan, Chisinau, Moldova (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using Piloto, you agree to these Terms.
Piloto is an AI-powered SEO tool that generates Pinterest titles, descriptions, hashtags, and alt text from images you upload. It is designed for visual creators, bloggers, and e-commerce sellers who post on Pinterest.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Piloto. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.
One account per person. You may not share accounts or use automated systems to create accounts.
Free plan. The Free plan includes 15 pins per month at no charge. No credit card is required.
Paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Refunds. We offer a 7-day refund for new paid subscriptions if you are unsatisfied. Contact us at privacy@piloto.pro within 7 days of your first charge.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers.
You agree not to use Piloto to:
You retain full ownership of the images you upload and the SEO content we generate for you.
By uploading images, you grant us a limited, temporary licence to process them through our AI pipeline solely to deliver the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it to train AI models.
SEO content generated by Piloto is produced by AI and may not always be accurate, optimal, or free from errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing it to Pinterest. We do not guarantee specific SEO results or Pinterest performance.
Piloto is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pinterest, Inc. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with Pinterest’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
We aim to keep Piloto available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime beyond our control. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting us.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice, at our sole discretion. Paid plan fees are non-refundable upon termination for violations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Piloto is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of Piloto after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
